“We arrived on time for check-in, but only about 8 of us were there at the required time. The remaining 20+ guests arrived about 10 minutes before departure and were still accommodated, which made the start feel confusing and poorly coordinated. We didn’t expect a sunset sail with nearly 30 people, especially since there were no seats—only nets. With that many people, the boat felt overcrowded, which made the experience feel unsafe and anxiety-inducing. Communication about where to meet was also unclear from the beginning.”
