“Good evening, Tuesday I went on a tour from Costa Teguise to La Graciosa. I booked the trip before I arrived and was advised I would be picked up at the bus stop at Los Zocos, on the opposite side to the hotel on the sea side at 10.30. When I was eventually picked up the driver shouted at me rudely telling me I was in the wrong place. He shouted at me rudely in front of a full bus of tourists and made me feel humiliated.
